“We wanted a weekend get-a-way to 6 Flags for the opening of their new rollercoaster. We knew we wanted to stay all day but also wanted a place to go and relax for an hour or two in the afternoon. This hotel was perfect! It was a VERY short walk to 6 Flags. The hotel was clean and very secure. The staff was great. Also, a very nice continental breakfast.”

“We stayed at the Wingate Inn in Austell during our recent visit to Six Flags in Atlanta. The hotel is right at the doors of Six Flags and very convenient to downtown Atlanta. The rooms were big and great. Kids enjoyed their free hot Belgian waffles for breakfast and we enjoyed their fitness center and whirlpool. Overall experience was very good and would recommend it to everyone.”

“My friend and I stayed at the Wingate Inn for a visit to Six Flags and are happy to report that our experience was very consistent with the positive reviews posted here about this hotel. The hotel could not be closer to the park; the walk from the hotel entrance to one of the Six Flags gates (West, I think) took no more than 5 or 6 minutes. The room was spacious, very clean, and the WiFi worked like a charm. For $85/night, the Wingate was a great deal; breakfast was included, the hotel provided us with discount tickets to Six Flags, and we were spared the additional expense of parking on the park premises. I highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Six Flags.”

“We stayed at Wingate Inn at Six Flags past weekend when visiting Six Flags. The hotel is a walking distance from the park and offered free parking that saved us $15. It is a newer hotel with clean rooms, comfortable beds and all the amenities that one would want in a room- including safe, microwave and fridge. The pool was closed because of the weather but the hotel had free Jacuzzi- which was just great. In the morning they served buffet breakfast with fresh hot waffles, sausage, eggs etc which kids thoroughly enjoyed. Staff was fine and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I think it was one of the best value!”

“This is a wonderful hotel, and very well kept. The room was in excellent condition and very clean. The property is within walking distance to Six Flags, and you can stay parked at the hotel, and avoid the 15.00 parking charge at Six Flags. I would stay here again on another trip to Six Flags.”

“This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. It was clean, the rooms were large, and it was an easy walk to Six Flags. We left the park to go to our rooms several times. Also there is a Wendy's within walking distance--we were able to go get food and meet our son right outside the Six Flags ticket gate to eat (better food and less expensive!) The complimentary breakfast was incredible and the staff was great! I will stay there again when we go to Six Flags!”
